Kat Von D Tattoo Liner - Trooper ($19)

I have found this eyeliner to be very user friendly. The semi-flexible tip allows you to make a smooth line without putting product in places you don't want. I typically use the Maybelline Line Stiletto (it is my holy grail eye liner!) and I find this liner a little easier to use. It is extremely easy to have a smooth, non-shaky, line. 

My only issue is that it dries out pretty fast while you’re applying it. I have to put the cap back on and shake it just to get some more product out. If you don’t do that and try to go over your liner with the dry tip it will actually tug your eye and take some of the product off making it look patchy. I do love the finish that it gives – a nice dark matte black.
