This is a three-step product that
makes it fool proof to contour. They are a good length giving you enough
control. Bonus: the box even comes with a sharpener. I think it's such a great
thing that the sharpener is included - it takes the guesswork out of trying
to find the right size. The sticks have a good thickness to them and are
extremely creamy - so creamy that you have to set it with powder or it might
move around during the day.
I don't mind setting creams with powder but my one
issue with this product is that it is so hard to blend!! It takes a long time
to get that harsh line off of your skin. Many reviews say that it's easy to
blend but for me it takes a lot of work.
After a little elbow grease with a synthetic
brush it looks very natural. This
isn't something I go for everyday - I'll reach for it when I feel like taking
time on my makeup because I do still like the finished look it gives. I think
this is good for a beginner who wants to spend time learning technique and
perfecting that chiseled look.

This trio looks similiar to Clinique's contour chubby sticks ( I thought that they were the easiest way to contouring but now it seems that smashbox has taken the place).
ReplyDeleteI definetely want to try it !!!
Do you think that it works to all skin tones?
I think it's better for light to medium because once you blend it out then it becomes more soft!
